Meet the Eric Wilson Band...
Returning to his roots as singer-songwriter, Eric has begun a new chapter in his musical endeavors with his latest
project the Eric Wilson Band. A longtime aficionado of the jazz arts, Eric has put together an ensemble with three of
Saint Louis' finest jazz artists. As part of the "Hard-Bop" jazz group the Brian Vaccaro Jazz Trio, guitarist Brian
Vaccaro, pianist Nick Schleuter, and drummer Kyle Honeycutt combine their virtuosities with Eric's songwriting style of
contemporary-swing. Together they create a rare fusion of popular jazz music they dub as "Hard-Bop Pop". This brand
of rousing modern jazz will enliven the spirits from audiences of traditional jazz to pop-rock and everything in between.
